Logos is also known as trademark and have high importance in today’s marketing world. During recent years, deep learning methods in computer vision have shown to be very effective in image classification, object localization and logo detection. Logo detection basically consist of a process involved in locating and recognizing a commercial brand logos within an image or a video frame .
It helps in analysing the endorsement trends and activity of a particular brand. Number of times a brand is displayed on a TV channel or widescreen during matches will help advertising team to evaluate their marketing campaign. It can help in tracking if there is any misuse of an organization’s/brand’s logo.
It captures the brand’s logo from multiple images displayed on screen, then comparing it with the several recorded image datasets to identify the unique logo.
